I. IMAGE COPYRIGHT

I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. The client may not claim it as their own or use it for anything other than personal use. If you plan to commission commercial use please message me so we can discuss. Bear in mind, there's a $50 fee for commercial use.

As stated above, the client have my permission to repost the artwork wherever you like, as long as proper credit is given to me, the artist.

II. PAYMENT INFORMATION

I accept payment in USD [United States Dollars]. All USD payments will be taken via Paypal only.

Payment must be made in full and within 24-72 hours or the by the invoice due date of request of a commission for me to start.

It will be my responsibility, the artist, to tell the client when the invoice has been sent. It will be the client's responsibility to tell me when invoice has been paid within the 24-72 hours.

I do not accept cryptocurrency.

REFUND POLICY

If commission is cancelled (by me or client) before the work has started, the client will receive a full refund.

Based on the references and requests made by the client prior to starting, I will compose sketches for approval. Refunds may be given before approval of the first sketch, after approval or request for revisions there will be no refunds.

No refunds will be given for completed or nearly completed commissions.

III. CONTACT AND COMMUNICATION

Discussion of commissions can be conducted via email or through dms on certain websites/apps/social medias. (Most preferably by email).

Please include clear and concise visual reference. You may provided links ie: dropbox, pdf, google drive link, etc to show your references or attach to email/dms.

Please do not ghost me on a potential commission. If I don't hear back from you in a week and no payment was received then I will move on to the next client on the waiting list.

I am allowed to work on personal art in between commission work. You may not question me on what I post on social media or work on.

Prices will vary depending on complexity of the piece.
IV. WORKFLOW PROCESS

I work best when given some artistic freedom, however, I am happy to work with the client on what scene or pose they have in mind. If you are particular about the outcome of your artwork, please provide references in advance so I can help you achieve your vision to the best of my ability.

Estimated date to completion.

Completion of most commissions are generally estimated to take no more than 1 to 2 weeks but this is depending on the commission itself. Some will take me a week, a month, 3 months, or 6 months. If for any reason I cannot complete a commission and haven't send out the first draft (wip) to the client within 90 days of ordering, I will issue a refund.​

Works in Progress (WIPS). I will send the client a sketch of certain poses or scene to get an approval before I start on the finish. Major revisions may be made during this stage of the commission process.

REVISIONS AND EDITS.

Based on the references and requests made by the client prior to starting, I will compose sketches for approval. Refunds may be given before approval of the first sketch, after approval or request for revisions there will be no refunds. ​

During the sketching stage, you may request 2 major edits (edits that require myself to redraw poses, expressions, or change aspects of the commission that were not stated in the initial request). Multiple requests to changes may be subject to additional costs, so please be specific and provide references!

If I, the artist, make any errors in the character design or any visual elements specified in the provided visual references, I will make these edits at no additional cost. In addition, reasonably minor edits to artworks can be made at no additional cost as well. If commissioner asks for an excessive number of minor edits, however, additional costs may apply.
